ANKARA, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Turkish police on Tuesday detained four foreign nationals in Kayseri province of central Turkey over alleged links to Islamic State (IS) group, semi-official Anadolu Agency reported.
The suspects were involved in the group's activities in Iraq and Syria, the report said.
Several digital materials were seized during the raid in their houses.
The IS group has been blamed for a spate of deadly attacks in Turkey since 2015. Turkey's counter-terrorism units in response have been conducting operations against the group's members in the country.
