JAKARTA, Feb. 12 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia and Turkiye have agreed to finalize the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) and expand market access for products from the two countries, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto said on Wednesday.
"We are committed to increasing trade with mutual benefit for both countries, also accelerating the finalization of the CEPA agreement. We have agreed to expand market access for products from both countries," Prabowo said after a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the presidential palace in Bogor, West Java province.
Prabowo added that Indonesia and Turkiye would work together to prioritize the people's prosperity of both countries and a better world order to support global peace and stability.
Erdogan arrived in Jakarta on Tuesday evening.
