Urgent: 9 killed, 9 wounded in anti-IS operation in northwestern Trkiye

ISTANBUL, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- Three Turkish police officers and six suspected Islamic State (IS) members were killed and nine others wounded during an operation targeting IS suspects in the northwestern province of Yalova, Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said on Monday.
