ISTANBUL, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- An explosion occurred at the Turkish Petroleum Refineries Corporation (Tupras) oil refinery in Trkiye's northwestern Kocaeli province on Thursday, prompting authorities to dispatch multiple emergency teams to the site, local media reported.
